  1. I just bought it, not the best tasting but it only taste yucky for a few min. I'm really bad at taking my vitamins and find that it's much simpler to do it all at once. Sent from my SM-G955U using BariatricPal mobile app

  3. Need help getting back on track as well. I started out awesome and I've only list 72 pounds in 9 months. I was going to the gym at least 3 times a week. One of my problems is that I commute to and from work over 140 miles a day. So it's so easy to make excuses on why I can't get to the gym. But one of the things I've noticed is that I'm ratting more than 4oz at a time. How do I reset my pouch. I've done so well that I need to think of me again. Any suggestions would be awesome. 21. Wow that's amazing. I'll need to try that. I just really makes my stomach hurt when I drink to much at one time. So it's slow slow sip sip l. Thanks for your feedback is appreciate it. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N920A using the BariatricPal App
  22. I do. As well as the Vitamin b and energy Patches. I love them. I just went to do my first round of blood work so I'll know next Saturday if they are working. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N920A using the BariatricPal App
  23. Well I'm pretty sure I'm meeting the Protein but not the Water. Even before surgery I was a horrible water drinker. I really do try. I always have water at my desk but then come the end of the day and I realize I drank almost nothing Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N920A using the BariatricPal App
  24. So I'm so confused at times if I'm doing the right things. I work with a couple of people who have had the same surgery so of course were always comparing. I'm the newbie of the group so I'm always asking questions. I'm 0 weeks post op and have list 45 pounds. One of the things I'm always questioning is the amount of food I'm consuming throughout the day. For the most part I try to weigh everything but there are times I can't. But I seem to always seem to want to eat about every 3 hours is that normal. I don't eat a lot but I'm always snacking on something primarily cheese. That's the other thing I have crazy cravings for coffee, cheese and sea food like shrimp or crab. Anyone else have crazy cravings since surgery Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N920A using the BariatricPal App

  28. I'm 8 weeks post-op it gets a bit easier. I was pretty depressed my first week, I was thinking what the heck have I done. And I cried over everything. But it will pass and as you start feeling better everything will to. And yes my first bite of mashed potatoes tasted soooo good. Today I actually get to start with solids do happy. But I did find that I still went to the soft foods. Best of luck Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N920A using the BariatricPal App

  30. I'm at 2 months and also have stalled for approximately 2 weeks. Everyone has told me that it's normal. So whT I finally had to do for myself is stop the weighing everyday because I am obsessive with that. But also just had to tell myself that as long as I'm doing everything right it will come. Also I noticed I'm losing inches rather than pounds. Good luck Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N920A using the BariatricPal App
