  1. IsoPure is one of the best. It is either a powder or a clear liquid. It is on the higher priced side of protein powders but the macros are great and the taste is fantastic in my opinion

Things that I should purchase before the surgery. What things I should have on hand before the surgery? Stuff like that. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

  17. I have my orientation on May 22nd. I am really excited and want to get everything started. I looked into WLS a few years ago but I knew I was not ready to make the change. But I have come a long way and am a great place right now to move forward. I have spent the last 2 weeks researching all sorts of topics. From what I have read and watched it sure seems like there are a lot of things that should be bought before the surgery day. I have bought a few protein bars to try and protein powder. I joined a gym about 2 weeks ago and absolutely love it. Met with a personal trainer today which was scary for me cause I am always worry about people judging me. But it went great.
