Thank you! I lost a majority of the weight my first 8 months then I hit a 3 month stall then recently around April I went from 254 lbs to 240 today. I am not sure exactly how it kind of just happened

I am still losing and if I was actually motivated to exercise I would probably lose more. I found out that not dwelling on it makes it much easier and just going with the flow Sent from my SM-G920P

Surgery date Dec 2016. I was around 388 to 392 lbs depending on fluids. I am now 242 yay! Size 26 and now I can fit into size 16! I hope everyone is well and stays positive. If you cheat do not beat yourself up... I am not innocent considering I just ate spaghetti o's lol. Take care!
