Still stalled, still fed up with stall, I could cry

I need to write a country song....I am so mad I could bake a whole chocolate ganache cake and eat it until I puke.

I am not doing that, I am too lazy to go to all that effort....????????But this is now ridiculous to be sitting at this same weight for over 2 months. <rant over>

WAIT. And the damn weather sucks too, snow. <now rant over>

I'm SOOO sorry you're going through this hon!!!! Stalls are the DEVIL!!! I promise, just stay the course and one day you will wake up and boon! Stall gone, scale moving down!!!

I’ve never stalled before. I’ve just weighed the same for many many days in a row until one day I weighed less.

Going through it right now... trying not to stressed .. thanks to this site I have learn is as normal as period! [emoji1417]

Google the “whoosh effect” It explains this stall we all experience. I’m on day 11 now. So frustrating. And@Seahawks Fan, that is what a stall is. When you weigh the same for a period of time and then lose. That’s a stall.
