  1. Then there is your problem. The water intake. The less you drink the more you retain. Google the whoosh effect. Honey you’re holding onto everything you’re losing in water weight.
  2. Google the “whoosh effect” It explains this stall we all experience. I’m on day 11 now. So frustrating. And@Seahawks Fan, that is what a stall is. When you weigh the same for a period of time and then lose. That’s a stall.
  3. I did gain 11 pounds of fluid but I got that off within a few days. I pee’d it all out lol. I am trying to drink my water. I get on average 32 oz of plain water but I get other liquids with my shakes. Also I get 60g of protein daily. That’s my recommendation from my NUT. As far as eating. I have no idea. They didn’t give me a calorie goal. I’m so lost and upset.
  4. Hey there. I had surgery on the 19th if March. I lost 10 pounds in the first 10 days and then gained back 5. I managed to use a laxative and got 4 of them back off but I am still only down 9 since surgery and I’m 15 days out. I have not lost additional weight in a week. I know there is a stall at 3 weeks usually but not after one week. I’m very depressed about it and nobody to call. My doctor office has been closed for the holiday.
  5. Yes! I was so excited. I was like, now I can official get my hopes up lol.
  6. UPDATE: I received my approval this past Monday. Surgery is this coming Monday. Took exactly a week to get the approval back. Time to join the losers bench very soon.
  7. Hello. Surgery twin!!! [emoji1376][emoji1376]
  8. I got a tentative date of 03/19/18. Waiting for the approval now. Sent it over last Thursday to the insurance company
