Video: Emotional Mind Games After Surgery

I like Dr. V's down to earth approach and wanted to share: https://www.sleeveacademy.com/p/MindGames

Dr Vuong is one of those self-appointed Gurus that you hate, liathe, tolerate or adore on YOUTUBE. Last time I was over there, you couldn't swing a stethoscope without hitting one !? The only one I tend to believe is Dr Matthew Weiner, he usually makes sense in his videos.

Thanks for posting this!

It's so true! And I'm with you on hopefully finding a good balance. Since Nov, I've either overcompensated by making 3 course meals for the family or been leaving them high and dry because I'm so disinterested. Hopefully, things settle down and normalize where food isn't such a big deal, ya know...

yeah my girlfriend works nights from home so she eats during the day. she is on her own LOL we do get to eat dinner together on her days off but we do a lot of food prep on sunday for the week.
