I have a big impatience problem, I know. But this surgery is WAY TOO IMPORTANT for me to not be freaking out about how long it’s taking!

My doctors office submitted my information to the insurance company on March 1. The insurance lady went on vacation and will be gone to June 1st. The office manager won’t answer her phone and won’t call me back. And the insurance company won’t tell me anything.

From what I’ve read on here and other forums, uhc takes a few days to approve and some people have gotten approval in one day. It’s going on 9 days and still no approval!!!

I’m waiting also mine was submitted Friday and i look online says case is anticipated admission did u try looking on myuhc.com

I have fepbcbs... when I go in the site it doesn't even say anything about the surgery.
