Yea my doctor told me there are a lot more bands coming off than going on right now. He is doing a lot of revision surgeries for people.

My Dr says they are getting away from them. Is it a major back issue that you need surgery?

Yes it will I’m ready for both surgeries but I want to get my back better so I can start walking more

I am so depressed with my weight gain and I've been going to the gym for small group training and Barre class. So I'm a toned fat person lol
