January 2019 sleevers
I haven't experienced it but I am going in for a drastic cut tomorrow just to help my hair. I plan on just below the shoulders so its about a 6" cut since I've just been growing it

January 2019 sleevers
I don't think anyone knows I've lost 50+ lbs total or 40+ lbs since surgery. I feel my clothes fitting so much better. I have more energy. I feel better. It will be interesting to see how much I have to lose for the people that see me every day to notice.

January 2019 sleevers
Surgery was 1/15/19. I find I do get hungry but hard to know if it's my eyes or my stomach. I'm getting in my fluids and protein. I'm down 40 lbs so far. My knees & back hurt much less. Slow and steady wins the race so I'm just trudging along. I can say that I am following my food plan to the t. Although I have eaten 2 French fries but that's it. I hope all my January friends are doing good.

First few weeks post op
You will be sore for a bit. O had surgery on 1/15/19 and back to my desk job on 1/21/19. Even though it's a desk job, it forced me to get up and walk around. Which I needed. I'm just starting feeling hungry. I'm averaging about 800 calories a day and about 80 grams of protein.

How are all January sleevers doing? I'm 2.5 weeks post op. Just trying to get in my water and protein. It can sometimes be a battle.
