I am approved for surgery. I have a bmi of 38 and a comorbidity of sleep apnea.

Edited by Cloudburst

I was given a list of things that I needed to do: psych eval, nutritionist visits, various medical tests. After I completed them the surgeon's office submitted to my insurance and then I was approved.

My BMI is 35.7. I have high blood pressure and sleep apnea. I completed all the insurance requirements and it will be submitted to my insurance today for approval.

I was 35.2, but had to self pay because I wasn't over 35 for the past two years. I had 4 out of 5 years, but since I was under 35 in 2016, they wouldn't cover it.
