    My caseworker said she submitted mine last week, I called to check with my insurance only to find out she didn't submit it. Urgh. She finally submitted it on Monday so now I wait. Hope you hear back soon.

    My BMI is 35.7. I have high blood pressure and sleep apnea. I completed all the insurance requirements and it will be submitted to my insurance today for approval.
