Literally thousands of people. You're not unusual. Stick to your plan, don't worry about the scale.

I was just worried as I have been reading a lot that people average weight loss 4 weeks post op is a around 30lb was thinking that I was maybe doing something wrong

Nope. You're not doing anything wrong. You're having a very normal experience. 16 pounds in three weeks for someone your weight is excellent.

Again. Don't worry about the scale. Stick to your plan. Do some walking. You're on your way. Be happy:)

No loss on week 2 was just your body catching up to the drastic changes that you have endured. Keep following your plan. Everyone will lose at a different pace, and everyone experiences stalls from time to time. You are fine.

Thanks

None of us lose weight as quickly as we want to, by none I mean 99/100 of us wish it would be faster.
