I'm not a pork rind fan, though, I think my grandma liked them?

My kid is bringing me some cricket flour tonight. Protein flour made from ground up dried crickets:)

Some people will think that's disgusting.

I'm kinda into trying this kinda weirdness. Bugs are certainly sustainable and have a lot of protein and fiber:)

I was ruined to pork rinds when I saw how to make them!

I'm boring! Peanut butter. I'm an addict. lol!

FYI for those who are unaware: Substituting ground pork rinds for bread crumbs is an acquired taste, to say the least. My wife tried it once when she was doing a keto diet and it was...not my cup of tea.
