Anyone else want to dropkick their spouse this week? Between the liquid diet and my period, I am one big pile of cranky. My husband said the wrong thing to me tonight, and first I nearly killed him, but then I burst out crying. Ugh. I’m a mess. And I ate a couple of tortilla chips tonight. ?

I am right there with you completely , exact same story minus the chip.

I’m the 28th too, Twins! I had to do lean meats and veggies last week. Started liquid diet Saturday. I’ve done pretty good at with the hunger craving. I get tired of the sweet shakes, so sometimes I’ll have a V8 instead. I’m cheating right now by eating some cucumbers. I just need the crunch! (They’re 95% water, right?) ??‍♀️

I go in tomorrow morning super early. Of course I can't sleep tonight. So nervous. Good luck to everyone!
