  1. I may have to give that a try. Going to deal with feeling sick for a couple days with the hopes that it will get better. Thank you for the advise.
  2. I had my first Multivitamin yesterday and I thought I was going to be sick. I’m not complaining about the taste just looking for some advice. I’m afraid to take it again; don’t want to get sick at work. It’s a chewable.
  3. When your on clears I don’t think creamer is an option, but that could just be with my dr.
  4. Sugar free bomb pops . Yum
  5. I was certain I would be but everything moved so fast I didn’t have time. They gave me the sedative right before they took me and I was out like a light .
  6. Glad I’m not alone. I am four days Post op and I’ve had no protein because It’s so gross. Smells and taste like spoiled milk. I have only tried Premier protein. i’m supposed to be on clear liquids for this week.
  7. I had a On-cue infusion pain pump. The wires had a leak before it entered my body. I remove them today, and my pain is minimal. I’m on a clear liquid diet for a week after my surgery, and I’m supposed to be drinking clear protein water. Not having a problem drinking fluids, it’s more of a problem drinking the protein water, because it taste so bad. I was hoping to get some suggestions on how to get it down.
  8. Suggestions please? 72 hrs post op, pain is becoming manageable. Tried the Protein Water yesterday and almost Ralphed myself; Smells bad and taste bad. Worked i will not heal without the protein.
  9. Had my surgery the 26th, got home around 3 yesterday. Just woke to find a leak in my pain pouch thing. Need the numbness to stay a bit longer.
  10. Eight hours till my surgery! Can’t sleep , but I don’t feel nervous. I know I’ll be a blubbering mess when they take me back. Holiday went really good. Was able to pull off the not felling well card. Did some pretend eating. There may have bee a couple licks of a spoon[emoji854] and I might of chewed a cookie and then spit it in the trash when no one was looking. I know that’s sound gross but it was so satisfying.
  11. Feeling a little more optimistic today. Just have to fake it till I make it. Sill REALLY HUNGRY.
  12. I truly appreciate your words of encouragement . When did you do your surgery? So many treats around me today . Had to go to a separate room to cry. I can feel what I guess to liquid moving in my stomach , so weird. Dreading my mother law tomorrow, especially since I’ve always been a pig in the past. She will be asking questions.
  13. Thank you so much.. I’m an emotional mess today. Don’t have many people to talk to, Don’t want people to know.
  14. I am right there with you completely , exact same story minus the chip.
  15. Four days on clear liquid . Water, 2 servings of broth, popsicles, and gatorade . I’m starving with no energy; dreading tomorrow when I have to pretend I’m sick while cooking and smelling food I love. I’m tired and feeling drained. I know it’s only two days ways. But....
  16. My surgery is the day after Christmas. I’m on day two of clear liquids diet and I cheated the first day. My head feel like my eyes might blow out and I want to gnaw my co workers arm off. So early to be second guessing everything.
  17. I’m only on day 2 and I cheated on day one. I feel like my head is going to explode and I may gnaw someone’s arm off.
