Multivitamin

I had my first Multivitamin yesterday and I thought I was going to be sick. I’m not complaining about the taste just looking for some advice. I’m afraid to take it again; don’t want to get sick at work. It’s a chewable.

I may have to give that a try. Going to deal with feeling sick for a couple days with the hopes that it will get better. Thank you for the advise.

I bought gummy multivitamins. I am NOT a gummy person. I make sure to chew VERY thoroughly. They also make dissolvable ones. Not sure if they’re any better tasting though. ?
