NSV: so i randomly went jean shopping and the size 4 actually fit, and really fit. I thought i was going to have to squeeze into them for dear life lol. I've been fat my whole life so this is new to me. The fact that i'm actually a small still blows my mind, but yet the scale still says im overweight smh. I'm still going to view this as a victory.

And someday with enough diligence after my surgery I can rock a senior level bod, maybe not quite as good as yours but a satisfying state anyway.

i thought you had surgery already, do you have a surgery date yet?

No my ticker says I have but,if is wrong and I can't repair it. My surgery date is September 5 2018, first surgery of the morning, at Ohio State University Hospital- Wexner Medical Center in Columbus Ohio with my surgeon Dr Needleman. I will be having a RnY bypass on that day?

That’s great!! I’m so happy for you. September isn’t to bad, it’s right around the corner. You’ll do great, just remember to walk every 30 mins to get the gas pressure to move and don’t stock up on liquids in the beginning. Wishing you the best of luck!!! ???
