WoooHooooo Hey Sleeve Sister (and Brother @Palmoonio 78). I am also doing FANTASTIC. Its my 3 month Surgiversary and I am officially down 60 pounds today (249). I am happy with me slow loss because i know it is not coming back. I have had a few major "life moments" and I am so proud of myself because I did not turn to food to self soothe. Going to look for you on YouTube, I am on instagram I_am_loving_the_new_me_vsg[emoji4]

Just seems like I'm always stalled !
I drop two pounds then stall for two weeks (exaggerating but only a little )

I’ve been at 195.2 for a week. It won’t budge. Last time I stayed stalled for 2 weeks and then dropped 13 pounds during the rest of the month.

I’d honestly love to lose .1 lb a day for a few weeks rather than deal with stall.

Glad I’m not alone! Stalled for a week - so frustrating! Trying to drink Water as much as possible. Here’s to hoping we all break through soon!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
