Post gastric sleeve snack ideas to take to work

I am getting ready to go back to work, and want to start planning on snack ideas to take with me.

i will be 5 weeks post op when I return to work, so would appreciate any and all snack ideas other than my protein drinks - don't get me wrong, I love the different premier protein and muscle milk flavors.... but just want something different. I would love to hear ALL snacks, not just recent post op ones. Ideally these are just snacks, but if they are a little bigger that's fine too, as I can consolidate them to make it 1 or 2 snacks

Ive ordered small containers to hold snacks to get ready

some suggestions I've read are tuna in the foil packs, hummus, almonds, Greek yogurt, edamame.....

Bacon crust- even more protein- awesome! Have a recipe for the quiche you could share

For snacks:

String Cheese or Cheese Slices

Beef Jerkey

Peanut butter and a few crackers

Nuts

Occasionally a Luna Bar

For Meals:

Chicken Salad or Tuna (I eat them right out of the package or on the Pepperage Farm Very Thin Bread)

Lunch Meat

P3 Protein Packs

Atkins Meals (I can usually eat half when I want something warm)

I make them in muffin tins and sometimes make a bacon crust. So good and tons of flavor combinations.

Do you cook the bacon crust first? How do you get it crisp?

I do Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, sandwich meat wrapped in cheese, I make these egg soufflés one egg spinach and cheese, hummus snack boxes, cashews, edamame and my protein

These sound like much healthier options than some of the others listed!

I'm having surgery in a few days so I'm taking note. ?

For those unable to have cheese/quiche, although lots of great options mentioned here, anyone have favorite ideas for occasional "dry" items (cracker, etc.)? I see the thin bread with tuna. Thanks!

I make little snack baggies of walnuts and dried cranberries or some other dried fruit that doesn't have added sugar. I do 1 ounce walnuts to .5 ounce dried fruit. I have to have a little carbs in my day, hence the dried fruit.

The cheese sticks are great with an ounce of turkey wrapped around it and they fit nicely in the little snack baggies as well.

I make "chicken fingers" .... pure protein and easy .

1 can of chicken

1 cup shredded cheese

1 egg

( I add 1/2 tsp.each onion & garlic powder )

Squeeze all the water out of a can of chicken and shred with a fork. Add shredded cheddar cheese and one egg. Mix and shape into fish stick size pieces. Bake on parchment paper at 400 for 20 minutes. Dip into sugar free ranch dressing. I keep a container in the fridge and eat as I want :)
