Just wanting to see how many people are going to Mexico to get sleeved. I've been reading a lot of great reviews about Mexico. As a self pay patient I am considering getting mine done in Mexico.

When are you going in? I'm going on 8/2.

Yes different doctors do prefer having their patient go on a liquid diet before surgery.

It's a 11 day salads and protein drinks..last 3 days are clear liquid only...my surgery is aug 2 with same dr you have

Aww your a head of me . I'm scheduled for August 18.

I had my surgery about 2 weeks ago in Mexico. No problems, all went well. I had a very positive experience.

What payment method will/did you use to pay for your op?

I made my deposit to save my date and once I get there I'll be paying the complete balance. I wouldn't pay my full balance till I get there.

August 18 with dr Illan .

Yes it depends on your doctor and BMI which diet plan you will be on.

No they will do all of those when you get there but they do start you on a diet plan depending on your doctor and BMI .

I went to Dr. Ariel Ortiz at the OCC (Obesity Control Center) in Mexico. Great experience!

Yay!! Exciting and terrifying at the same time. I'm trying to figure out how to calm my nerves. LOL! I will for sure let you know.
