    I just found out I got approved and we are have the same stats ! I have to call in a few to get my date I am just too excited to think !

    September 13th for me. Looking forward to it, but not the 10 day pre-diet. I have a friend who does bariatric hypnosis and I am going to do a couple of hypnosis sessions during the pre-diet to try and give my subconscious some strength. Good luck everybody.

    My surgery is scheduled for Sept 6th. Having the lap band removed and converting to the sleeve. Started my liquid diet 3 days early to mentally prepare me for the 2 week pre-op. Good luck everyone!

    You did ? I haven't started any diet yet. I have to go on the 29th for one more nutrition class and a clearance appointment. Maybe they will tell me to start then ? Is it all liquids for the pre- op diet or just 10 days before ?

    Have any of you started a journal on here to document this journey? I was thinking about starting one, because I figure it will be a good reminder for after surgery when I am questioning whether I made the right decision or not.

    ZinNH, found a good journal called yazio pretty good so far.
