    Sept 1 in ATL! So nervous but so ready at the same time.

    Have any of you started a journal on here to document this journey? I was thinking about starting one, because I figure it will be a good reminder for after surgery when I am questioning whether I made the right decision or not.

    How did you start journal? Did you buy one? I have found a diary app but not sure that is safe.

    I went and bought a really nice leather bound journal that I can carry with me everywhere. I wanted something that was just personal for me. I'm about able to write all my stats down and also keep up with my food.
