Post op diet/added a fruit too soon

I had the duodenal switch on Monday, June 19th. Yesterday June 23rd, I fixed a smoothie and added several strawberries and 1/2 of a banana. Clueless that I wasnt supposed to add fruits in. I know...dumb....my husband is post op on hos sleeve surgery by several months and I had been watching him.

What should I do. Im going to stay to the guidelines strictly now that I aware more clearly of what I should be doing.

I probably only drank 4-6 oz total with the fruit.

Feeling really dumb. I wasnt trying to be reckless.

Everyone makes mistakes for sure. When my Suregon told me that anything I could blend I could have (I was out futher than you) but I thought to myself HHHMMM watermellon is mostly water so I am going to give it a try. BAD IDEA!!! I got the "Back door trots so bad". The acid in the watermellon played havic with my bottom for sure. So if you are ok just know we all have been there done that sort of thing. Just follow your Dr's guidelines and you will be great. Good Luck
