Hi I'm a 34 yr old mom of two young kids and my surgery is scheduled for August 2017! Im excited and super nervous at the same time. Just wanted to see if anyone else was getting surgery in August too?

Yes I have done all that's with my doctor here in Orlando, FL. I am a also self pay which I been doing some research and was reading about Mexico so now I'm totally confused . I know my family will be against me having it done in Mexico.

Oh, okay, I understand. Most of the things I've read on here have been very positive about the experience of getting it done in Mexico. I hope you can come to a decision that will make you and your family both comfortable. Good luck!

My consult with the surgeon is scheduled for the 31st of July. Unless my surgeon schedules me closer to the four-week mark than the six-week mark, I'm going to be a September sleever.

Me too! Surgery buddies! I'm having mine in Houston

My surgery is scheduled for August 21st which is pretty awesome because it is just not long after my birthday. I am a mix of excited because I have waited for so long, but also nervous as this is my first major surgery.
