I am supposed to take two weeks but I'm not sure if f I will be able to. I have some flexibility in my job. That very next week, teachers go back to work for professional development and students start two days after Labor Day. I will follow as many instructions as possible and do my very best. My only other option is to wait until December and that's just not going to work for me.

My date is August 22 (trying to get a week earlier if possible). I've seen some people say they started earlier than two weeks for their liver shrinkage diet. What does it actually consist of? I haven't met with the nutritionist or had the one required class yet. Those appointments are in early August. I have an aversion to powdered shake type stuff so I want to know if it's possible to get premixed shakes. I would at least like to test different flavors.

My date is August 22. I submitted my receipts at the end of the day on a Friday and received the call with the approval on that very next Tuesday.

I'm not worried about hair loss. I wear my hair natural but I'm also not opposed to braids nor weaves. Ijs. I take a weave over the weight any day. My date is August 22 but I'm trying to get an earlier date.
