Don't be scared take your time one day at a time . before you know it you'll be done with your 1 week fluif diet. If you need someone to talk to. Come on here someone here to listen n to talk you through it...... Hang in there you can do it good luck!!!!!

i think m going wrong, can I have soups with pieces of veggies in it? And pieces of chicken in it? Or Abit of pasta? In the liquid diet? Or everything has to be liquidised? Please help

Depends on if your team allows it. On my pre-op, it was protein shakes, broth, decaf coffee, etc. (I did have a sensible dinner though), so I would check to see if you're allowed chicken/veggie pieces in your soups. Every surgeon/nut are different it seems.

My nut says fruit juices or veg juices diluted with some water coffee tea and protein shakes and porridge, that's all, it's so hard

Then you'll need to stick to their plan then. It does get easier the longer you're on it (at least it did for me). The reward is great, so keep at it! ;)

I think you should call your team and discuss an alternative then. You shouldn't be weak and dizzy. My team allowed me to eat an ounce of baby carrots as a snack. That helped immensely.
