I agree with Larta eat slow enjoy your friends. Don't forget don't eat don't drink anything but then you have to wait 30 minutes after eating sometimes I forget. Im two and a half months post op. I have been to Applebees for celebration with friends. I just eat in moderation had chicken shrimp skillet came with potatoes I asked to not to bring potatoes. I ate portion of chicken took chicken shrimp home. you can only eat so much just take your time just remember to eat slowly and enjoy your friends. You look awesome keep up the good work . sometimes we do have set backs. I know I have. I started my journey this year sleeve surgery this year May 2017 I've lost almost 40 pounds it's still kind of hard to believe it but it's real. Do sometimes because it is damn scale. I think I haven't really lost anything my clothes don't fit anymore too big. Even my grandson said Grandma you getting little. Increase water intake and you said yourself today was your first walk. exercise helps. Have patience this is a new beginning for you and you are doing great. Hang in there .If you have any more question just ask hope I was helpful . I'm almost 3mo. post-op I call my dietician with questions I have that's what they are there for.

Don't be scared take your time one day at a time . before you know it you'll be done with your 1 week fluif diet. If you need someone to talk to.
