Just finished everything, what issues can I expect or is It an easy process w/ Tricare insurance ?

I got my tricare aporoval in 5 days

I have Tricare as well. I got my approval in 4 business days and my surgeons office called me. I'll be having surgery in July

I too have Tricare, it takes a short while if you Dr checks the steps necessary. Dot the i's cross the T's

I have Tricare. They approved me in 2 days. I was sleeved on 5/9/2027

My tricare request was sent in a monday and i had the approval in my mailbox in friday

I just joined this group today and I just scheduled my first appointment today with Tricare, I meet the BMI requirement however, I do not have any known health issues. Is the surgery still a possibility for me? My BMI is between 44 and 46. I am scared of being told no. 10 years ago, I was denied gastric bypass, at almost 300 lbs; I am about 260 now; I am hoping with the sleeve I wil be approved. Do you all have any suggestions or time frames for the Tricare process (Tricare Prime South)

Tricare is usually a 6 month program with a dietician and counseling. Probably sleep study as well.
