I noticed I can take almost normal sized sips now without any problems. I haven't tried to jug anything yet, but I am definitely able to drink more.

Likewise here. It feels nice to take a normal drink.

That is so cool. What kind of counters did you get? I love string cheese so I will be trying that soon enough. I scooped out some Soup to put in my blender and I made sure it was mostly broth, but added a few pieces of sausage and potatoes and squash. I avoided the Beans for right now. I can't wait to try it, just waiting on my dh to finish cutting the grass.

I got laminate counters actually. My last house had granite, which was nice, but we moved to a smaller house with a tiny kitchen. It's not worth putting more expensive things in it, since we're planning for this house to be a rental in the future. A cute rental btw. ? I'll take pics soon and show.

Went to my first post-op appointment today...down 17 pounds woo hooo and I can move to soft purée foods! I came home and made a small bowl of cream of wheat and my eyes definately eat more than my new tummy! I couldn't eat even 1/2 but I am adjusting to my new normal!

Now to enjoy some purée foods :)

So awesome!!!!! I'm glad to hear the progress hon!! Enjoy your purée foods!

Your plan lists a ton of choices mine is a little less specific kind of lumping. It says I can puréed meats next week. I am most excited for the cottage cheese and fruit smoothies ☺️

My plans aren't as detailed either.

Oh yes. I like the cottage cheese and might try the egg even though i am not really big on eggs. So far my soup stayed down.

Okay, so here's my so-far kitchen. Still have the subway backsplash, cabinet hardware, shiplap ceiling, new light fixture, 3 can lights, crown molding, and new stove to do. Been working on it for two months now. It's at the exciting stage, where it all comes together. It's great to be able to start cooking again.

They put me in only three stages soft is coming up that stays with me for 12 weeks then solids indefinitely.

So I added some accessories to make it look cuter unfinished. Don't mind my list written on the wall. That's going to be shiplap too. ?

Thank you hon. The before pics are just horrendous, ok...not horrendous, but not up to my preference. We bought this little house knowing we were to change it down the road, but I just couldn't take it anymore. Lol

id have to find the pics.

I found myself having head hunger. Although I suspect it won't be long till I am actually hungry. Usually gets that way a little later.
