Not Loosing Even After Fill

I had my surgery 6-28-07 and I lost 30 pounds since then. I had my second fill two weeks ago and now I have GAINED 5 pounds. I am VERY disappointed and I don't know what to do. I do not feel any restriction at all most of the time. I am sure I am overeating, but I feel hungry and I don't seem to have any obstical to eating whatever I want. My only hope is willpower - and I have never had any of that! If I did, I would not have needed this surgery!! Has anyone had this experience? What did you do?:help:

go back to basics....eat small meals(half a cup), stay well hydrated, and exercise.....make good choices....remember to not drink with your meals, wait one hour after eating before drinking....once I started exercising, I really started to see the lbs come off....good luck....

If you do not feel any restriction two weeks after your last fill i would ask for another one. It can not hurt to ask. Donna

This time I agree with Julie. Get a fill. Sometimes it takes a few times to get to your sweet spot. Everyone has a different level of restriction that is their sweetspot and you need to find yours. It will happen.
