Should I focus on calories?

I'm around 5 weeks out from surgery I've been consuming 80g of protein and drinking my 64oz of water. I work out everyday for 1hr, but lately I feel extremely tired. I track my food I am consuming around 540-600 Cal. Should I try to eat more?

Does sound quite low if you are working out for an hour every day. What does your NUT say?

No I would say that is a fine amount. You're tired because you've recently had surgery and your body is burning up a lot of fat. Just keep going, it will get easier. Soon you will need to eat more as your stomach adjusts.
