  7. My nutritionist recommend going on birth control. Will this affect weightloss? I'm currently in a relationship I'm still a virgin, but I think I'm ready to take the next step in my relationship with my partner. Just curious if this will affect weightloss??   8. I felt the same, when I started to go to the gym. I was so self-conscious. I now love going and don't care what people think of me. I have actually had people come up to me and tell me to keep up the good work.

  11. I agree with you Mr feelgood. I started walking after my surgery first around the block, now I go to a park and do 6miles everyday. I love it!

  13. I had my surgery in Feb,2017 everything is well. I've lost 63 pounds so far. Lately I've been feeling very depress, I just feel alone it's a strange feeling. Anyone else going thru the same thing? [emoji17]

  15. I was sleeved on feb 22, I'm doing great. I have a lot more energy, I enjoy going for walks now. So far I've lost 42lbs. I'm no longer in the 300s. I love my new lifestyle.[emoji5]

  17. I'm around 5 weeks out from surgery I've been consuming 80g of protein and drinking my 64oz of water. I work out everyday for 1hr, but lately I feel extremely tired. I track my food I am consuming around 540-600 Cal. Should I try to eat more?
  18. I had my appointment with my doctor today. So far I've lost 30 lbs since surgery date 2/22/17. I'm so excited, I wish I had done this sooner. [emoji4]
  19. @QueenofTheTamazon we have the same surgeon [emoji5]. The day of my discharge I had to wait around 1hr bc he was in surgery. I like him, and I like Marissa she's awsome.

  21. I got cleared to eat regular food. My doctor told me to eat 3 times a day, no snacking. I need ideas on what other people are eating.
  22. I go once a day. In the beginning I was having issues with constipation but now I'm taking miralax and metamucil. Constipation is the worst [emoji58]
  23. I tried it, but I find that it's too sweet.
