Started the high protein pre-op diet last week. Feeling excited and nervous about surgery on 4/24. Scheduled a massage on 4/23 to help calm and last min nerves.

I am, and i'm really struggling with the cravings!!!

No my pre op diet is low fat and low carb..... be so glad when Monday is here.... can't stop worrying I am going to come around from my ok to find I have only had my band removed ?good luck
