My co-worker, Gail will be there! Same day

I'm so nervous and excited too! I'm more nervous about being able to drink after surgery than anything else. I always have something to drink with me and always use a straw. I am going to have to re-learn everything. I also haven't been able to get in contact with my PCP to see if she will do all the follow up. She is on maternity leave until April.

I might pass y'all at the airport. I'm arriving on the 20th!

Shanny, when are you being sleeved? And I usually have a water with me always too! No more straws though. [emoji6] I hope your pcp will do the proper follow-up for you!

I'm not sure what that means..lol. But, ok. [emoji108]

Ohh! What are you drinking for your pre-op diet? I got premier protein chocolate so far..and it is actually pretty good! I start my pre-op on March 6th. [emoji4] and please let me know how everything goes for you!

Premier Protein shakes, Cambells Soup on the go (creamy chicken and creamy broccoli) and some other Soups that I am going to run through the blender. I kept the soup carbs to 10-15 per serving. I plan on adding broth to them if I need more to eat. I also got SF Jello and SF popsicles.

I cut out my beloved Coke Zero two weeks ago. That was a little rough. I drink iced tea sweetened with Stevia or Splenda and flavored Water.

On my first day, I only drank one shake, two soups, a thing of Jello and a popsicle. That was only 630 calories. It was hard to get up this morning so I will definitely be having two shakes today.
