I am glad it is going well so far! I have read about some of the protein waters too..not sure how they will taste? But, am going to try some! I might pick some up on my Costco run this weekend. Just wanted to say so happy for you swanrose!! I have been thinking about going to dr. garcia for about 2 years...and i am scared, mostly about safety in Mexico, cause I just dont know how it will be down there. But, I am realizing I really need to just do it! So happy for everyone that has gone there and been able to change their life!

I work at a dermatology office...we see people with reactions to antibiotic ointment and bandage/tape all the time..we always have them change to Vaseline, and plain gauze with paper tape. You can put over-the-counter hydrocortisone on the rashy areas, not near the little incisions though. That should help calm the inflammation down..I hope that helps!!
