Congrats. I'm one week out. Walk walk walk. You got this!





Good luck to you on this journey. I have had trouble getting my walking in. I'm 5 weeks out and have only been able to walk a few times. I associate it with pain, so I don't always force myself to do it. Trying to get better each day.



GOOD LUCK to all who have surgery tomorrow! Mine was this morning & feeling better than expected.
