I thinks you should go along with the surgery and use the info you receive from the nutritionist on how to eat and exercise together!!!

Well I'm so happy to tell y'all that I have already lost 16 lbs from my surgery date..

I know the feeling i was sleeved on 2/23 nd I'm so tired of it already!!

No I'm only 3days out nd the smell of food is bothering me.. But I just learn how to tune it out of my mind

I will be fine its something new to me nd I'm put my best foot forward..

I am just so ready for the next stage

My surgeon Didn't tell me to do the liquid diet.. But I tried it since I know ima be on it after surgery
