Im getting sleeved on the 22nd. Just met my surgeon yesterday dr. Zelada at kaiser west la , he was impressed with my weight loss since my options class. He offered me surgery on the 22nd, next Wednesday! No pre-ob diet just Clear liquids the day before and no eat or drink after midnight. I was so suprised.

I am on my last night surgery in the morning I can't wait

Good luck and prayers fpr a speedy recovery :)

Surgery in just 6 days, and of course I have a cold. So scared I won't get well enough, and they'll have to postpone.

Day 3 and struggling with nausea and pain

Oh no that's not good :(. Hopefully tomorrow you will feel a little better.

I hope so also! Thank you!

My surgeon ended up performing a gastric sleeve. I have been struggling with HORRIBLE gas pain in my chest. Hopefully it will end soo !

How are people doing? I'm 4 days post op, came home after 2 days, had solids today (my programs have you on solids by day 4, but it has to be chewed to puree) I had horrible gas pain at first, but that is almost over. I have gotten a sinus infection on top of recovery, but slowly getting better.

I'm down 6.6 lbs since surgery, 19 lbs total since March 6th.

How are you doing?

I'm doing well. Things seem to be going as scheduled. Having a hard time getting in all the water. How are you doing?

My surgery is tomorrow at 10am. I am soo excited, I cannot wait. I am restless, yet nervous. My new life starts tomorrow. I cannot believe how fast it has come!!!

Congratulations! It's amazing isn't it? I remember when I first started last year and how long I had to wait. Now I feel like time just sped by me. Surgery on Monday and I can believe it's finally happening.
