Bev, I remember when I went to Alton Towers once, it was a few years ago but I had a near miss.......

I was sat on 'Oblivion' and the belt would only click into its slot once (but it needed to be a double click). I sat there and the light stayed red on my seat and the attendant had to come over to see what the problem was.......luckily he gave it a big push and it double clicked !!!!! How lucky was I......it was embarressing though.

I will defo not be going again until Im at least 3 stone lighter !!

xxx

When we're both 3 stone lighter starsky we got a date on that bloomin thing!!! lol x

Hi Jackie - if it's not too late, take the baggiest most comfortablest clothes you've got. Elasticated waistbands, slip on shoes and huge pants are the way to go for the next few days. Hope all goes as well for you and also Shellangel as it has for the majority of people on here, will be thinking of you, Bigsis x

Can I come too? I live really close to Chessington World of Adventures and Thorpe Park - let's take them by storm!!

Thanks for the pm Bev, and well done for posting photos and the ticker - gosh this site uses so much time, I don't get time to eat!! (cunning plan that!)

Freckles, so sorry to hear about your mum. I feel for you all.

Good luck in your losing to everyone, especially all the newbies this week. Not long now, Bev and I will be with you!

Haven't lost a pound!!!! Been on low fat alright.

Drinking my Water and taking my milk thistle.

It was my birthday on Tuesday and my kids birthdays last 2 weeks too so that hasn't helped either.

Haven said that, not been drinking alcohol, eating chips or burgers, or eating chocolate, crisps. Living on Muller Lights if I feel like something sweet. Porridge for Breakfast. salad for lunch and veg with chicken/fish for dinner.< /p>

I'm in Campanile hotel. What about you?

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

So proud of you Cat. Getting into those smaller size clothes is half the fun isn't it?. Keep up the good work!!!!
