Any opinions on Siggis yogurt?

Big fan of it! More protein than sugar. I don't recommend the orange ginger one. Real weird. The rest are awesome.

Ia that the way to decide? Make sure there ia more protein than sugar? I am still in the early stages, so.I'm trying to learn as much as possible before my June surgery.

Ok, I just tried the yoplait Protein Greek 100, it wasn't very sweet, but I think I can make it work lol.

I add a little sugar free Torani syrup to it for added sweetness!

In this case, I was merely quoting the tagline they have on their lid. All I care about is that the protein is high for the serving size honestly. As far as a "rule", I kind a 10% rule. If the food has 200 calories, it needs to have about 20 grams of protein. Thats just my thing, it was never told to me by a doctor or anything.

Back to Siggi's, I am the only one in this house who likes it. It's even thicker than Fage. It's borderline soft cheese!

Thank you. I did try the new yoplait greek 100, it was ok. I could probably keep eating that, I am just trying different kinds.
