Thank you Thanks God my skin its great dr said thanks to proteinI have some on my lower abs I will check again if possible to send claim to my Ins but not sure cuz I dont have too much and my weight its just where needs to be tho

thank you ???? Been hard the way that I have to watch my portions, stop liquidsv30 min before meals and drink fluids 30 min after at this stage I am more use to do it but first 6 weeks were hard but now Im sooooo happy healthy strong and no regreetsss at all????????

Ok first 2 months are hard because all your body needs to get use of the new you in n out its a huge change tho

after 6 months I was able to eat alittle bit more after a year my weight went from 208 to 118 and this 2nd year I could say that I can eat everything wich is allitle scary cuz that means that not many things are allowed right?

But all I can say its Im so happy with my surgery hope yours goes well too!!!

Hi hun... well I am going to see a doc next month and see what he thinks about my extra skin..thanks the Lord I take care of it with coconut oil and other products ... but I will love to have my extra skin remove tobe honest
