6 months out lost only 30 pounds

Yikes my SW229 CW 194-197

GW 150. It seems like i cant move my weight lower. I been stuck for about almost 2 months. This is getting discouraging and im falling back to bad habits like taking bites of food that is bad for me. I think trying and seeing little results is making me emotional. Anyone else out there that went through my similar situation and bounced back? I need advice

My fitness pal app is free and it will track your food, Protein, carbs, activity, weight loss etc. it has many restaurants items in there if you eat out. I've not found a single thing I've eaten to NOT be in the data base. Once you put the item in, it automatically knows and inputs your calorie, protein and carb count. It is really awesome for accountability. I also use an app to track my daily weight and on the days I don't lose or maybe gain a pound, I'll go back to my fitness pal and see what I ate and what I can change.

I agree with the recommendation to go strictly high protein: meats, chicken, eggs, fish, NO CARBS. Also (and I've said this a lot), I don't lose weight with sucralose/Splenda. It actually acts like sugar in my body so when I stopped it, I began to lose nicely.

Speak to the nutritionist at your doctor's, take a good summary of your food intake, activity, etc.

Please do t give up! You are worth the effort and you deserve this! PleSe find another outlet for your emotions!

I am also not losing as fast as I had imagined I would...and no one told me about the dreaded stall which I have been in for a week now!

We will all support you! Keep going and stick to your plan!
