Yikes my SW229 CW 194-197

GW 150. It seems like i cant move my weight lower. I been stuck for about almost 2 months. This is getting discouraging and im falling back to bad habits like taking bites of food that is bad for me. I think trying and seeing little results is making me emotional. Anyone else out there that went through my similar situation and bounced back? I need advice

Are you measuring your food and following your dietary guidelines? Are you getting adequate Protein and hydration? How about exercise? I learned a long time ago that BLTs will get you in trouble. That's bite, licks and tastes. I suggest you write down EVERYTHING you put in your mouth and be honest with yourself.

We could probably give you more detailed suggestions if you provided your daily macros. Are you tracking and measuring everything? What are your daoly Calories? Carbs? Protein? Fluids? Workout/Exercise Routine?

Don't give up! Everybody's weight loss is different, how much food are you able to eat at one time?

My start weight 212, day of sleeved 203 (Sept 26, 2016) current weight 174 Nov 22, 2016 I also have been eating certain foods I shouldn't but a bite or two here and there. I get full fast, very fast. I haven't had any sweets. Good luck speak to your doctors about your stalled weight

I wouldn't bother with doing liquids. Liquids aren't going to satisfy you.

Do a reset with dense Protein. Just meat. No carbs. 3-4 ounces of meat 4-5 times a day.

Tracking and weighing your food are the best tools for weight loss after your sleeve. They really help. I know it can be hard to track, but I use an app and I track while I'm eating. Tracking while eating also helps you eat slow.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
