Can we use an air fryer?

I am having surgery in two weeks and was curious to know if we were able to eat any foods cooked in an air fryer.

I know that with this RNY I will be unable to eat anything fried, but wondered if there was a major difference in the way food was cooked in this since it uses 99% less oil.

Thanks so much for your help.

I'd like to hear how using that turns out for you. [emoji846]

I'm looking for healthier ways to cook my food.
