About four months I was terrified of salads, but the NUT convinced me. No problem ever!

4-5 months, depending on your plan.

Call your team. My plan allowed it at 4-6 weeks. I had to introduce one new food at a time. Also we were allowed to try raw veggies but there was no guarantee we would tolerate them. Raw vegetables were not tolerated well for me until about 5 or 6 months.

My plan was 6 weeks and it was in my book. I didn't really have them until about 6 months, no room for anything but protein.

I got to have tomatoes at week 3 and lettuce week 5.
