If I knew then what I know now-

I am still a few months pre-op. For those who are months or more post-op: I'd Iike to know what you would have done differently if you could regarding pre op or post op. Or wish I knew them what I know now____.

Thanks!

I would have sought treatment preop for disordered eating.

Not everyone "can't eat" at first. Be prepared for damaged nerves to inhibit your "full" sensation and ask what your maximum input on food should be. Just bc you can eat it doesn't mean you should. You can damage stomach if you don't restrict yourself.
