Weight Challenge - September to Thanksgiving 2007

OK, nice L O N G challenge. This is September 1st (or whatever day you would like to start) until US Thanksgiving (November 22) - 11 1/2 weeks long.

Anyone is free to join. Use this template below. Copy the most recent stats from a previous post and add your name alphabetically. You can weigh in any day you want, but I will be posting mine on Wednesdays.

I am setting a very aggressive goal, not sure if i will make it, but i am going to reach for it!!

    I'm a really slow loser, but I am losing. How about in honor of our challenge we post some tips and suggestions for things we're each doing that is helping us become successful at achieving our weight loss? The one thing I just started doing was I joined the YMCA gym. I'm having a hard time in portion control though right now, so I'm hoping that exercise will help kick me in gear.
