I VOW to stay on plan today because I promised myself I would. Doing anything less is self-destructive. I'm not into self-destruction anymore.

i have been reading your quotes and see that u are very driven and have done extremely well with such a large weight loss in little time.. i am 7 weeks post surgery and wonder what u ate and the amt. each meal when u first started and how much was your fills etc, i really would like to learn things from those like you. thanks..my email is thedove2@yahoo.com vamaillady/Brenda

....because I didn't have SURGERY, check out life for a few weeks to recover, spend hours in therapy and talk a whole lot of stuff about how important losing weight is to me to everyone I know to mess around and not be focused and on plan.

That's one fantastic run-on sentance.

I'm staying on plan today because I just cleaned out my closet of all my "fat" clothes and they are all going to goodwill. If I don't stay on track, I'll be naked and no one should have to see that!

Great post!

I'm staying on play today because it "does" work if you do!

Plus my daughter is getting married next year and I want to wear a size 12!....lol.

I'm staying on plan because I'm on day 2 of the 5 days a month where my body actually has a shot at dropping numbers if I can just do the right things! Come on, scalegods!

I never do all that I am supposed to do. I do not drink enough Water, half the time I forget to take my Vitamins (because I hate them) and I do not exercise enough....so today I ate right and exercised but no vitamins or water!

Tomorrow I will be completely on plan!!!!

i am having thoughts on not working out tomorrow, but i just gotta. my abs are sore, my glute is sore, my calves are sore ... i can think of a billion reasons not to go, but two true reasons to go...

cause i wanna see 269 or less by next week....

cause i feel 10000000 times better when i do.

I'm staying on the plan because my 35 year old daughter will be graduating college this month and I have to see my ex and his wife and I want him to think ALL day "what if". LOL

Plus anyway I'm finally loving me and my NEW hubby loves it.

cause i wanna see 269 or less by next week....

Go Losing! Go Losing! Go Losing!! You can do it! Come on, 269!!! You're going to be below 250 before you know it.

I'm going to stay on plan tomorrow because I want my choice of boys to kiss. Wink.

I'm going to stay on plan tomorrow because I'm loving the work outs. But what good is it to kick your own ass at the gym only to eat those squishy, mushy, easy to go down, high calorie foods???

Tomorrow, I'm going to slowly eat my low cal Protein, eat my cooked green veggies and drink lots of Water.
