I am staying on plan today because I had a fill on Friday, and it SUCKED. I don't want to have to have another one anytime in the near future, so I'm going to try extra hard to stay away from the evil easy foods, and stick with my hard proteins!

I am staying on plan today because I am tired of all the time I've wasted telling myself 'tomorrow I'll be "good" again'. If I could have all those days back to enjoy as a thinner person, what a joy that would be!!

NO MORE wasted days for me!!

I am staying on the plan today because...it is hard work not drinking and eatting...and If I dont stay on the plan I will just kill any progress.
