Your clinic may offer one (mine does, in Seattle & Issaquah).

There's also a Seattle-area FB group.

You may find a BP group under the appropriate tab, above. As already mentioned, check with your own surgery practice. You can also call other hospitals in your area; most welcome patients from other practices. NWWLS in Everett, if in reasonable distance, likely has a group.

Over lake in Bellevue has one open to all - don't need to be a patient. 5 years ago I went once, very good, at the time bypass focused.

I go to one at UWMC in Seattle at the Roosevelt clinic on the first Wednesday of the month. I’m About 2 1/2 days out of surgery.
